An entity responsible for developing international standards for the identification, capturing and sharing of data via GS1. The current integration could not communicate or work with Navision and their respective processes. How can Nature’s Pride together with Valuga handle a liability, replace it and improve the whole end-to-end process?
Valuga developed a Product Information Management System (PIMS) to replace the shortcomings of Microsoft Dynamics Navision custom processes and to handle the communication with GS1.
This resulted in a central storage of product information data, making it easy to manage whilst ensuring data quality. It includes reporting and a validation engine that complies to the GS1 rules that Nature’s Pride has to adhere to for each of their target markets.
An old application was in dire need of replacement, because it could not work with custom processes of Nature’s Pride Navision. Their processes were getting more complicated because they had to be compliant with GS1. This liability needed to be solved quickly.
